Welcome to kinder at Ambrit! We hope you’ve had a restful and fun summer and are as happy and ready as we are to start this New Year. It will be exciting to get to know you and your family and we, as teachers will work hard to teach your children many new things through fun and explorative play.
We kindly ask you to bring two boxes of Kleenex and one package of baby wipes during the first few weeks of school. We encourage each child to have a full change of clothes available at school. If possible send in a cloth or a plastic bag, labeled with your child’s name, which will be stored in each child’s cubby in event of an accident.
A few reminders:
Children may be dropped off from 8.00 am there is always a teacher on duty from 8.00 am to 8.45. A list of the teachers on duty is posted on the E.C board at the beginning of the corridor as well as on our classroom door.
Weather permitting, all children will gather and play in the garden until daily class activities begin at 9.30am.
Food:
Kinder snack is served from 8.45 to 9.15. We offer juice and cookies but you are welcome to provide your own snack.
If your child is on the school lunch program you are welcome to send in additional food to be eaten after the pasta. If your child brings lunch from home it should be in containers that can be opened by your child. All cutlery should be provided as well. No glass bottles or containers please!
P.E. / Gym classes:
Kinder has P.E. three days a week. Please remember to dress your child in appropriate shoes and clothing on those specific days so he/she can participate in all games/ sports.

Kindergarten G; Wednesday, Thursday Friday

On September 15th there will be an after school meeting for all parents. Please try to come! This is when you will learn all about our kinder program as well as the expectations and routines of our class. If you have any questions we are available everyday from 8.30 to 9.00 am or 3.00 to 3.30 pm.
