Physical
Education & Sports in the Middle School
- The overall goal of the Physical Education program is
to provide individuals with the knowledge and skills to
enjoy a physically active, healthy lifestyle.
-
- Students meet twice weekly for forty-five minutes and
participate in a wide variety of physical activities and
experiences that promote the mastery of the core skills
and knowledge introduced at the elementary level.
Students will explore and apply information, as well as
participate in activities that empower them to assume
responsibility for their own lifetime health, wellness,
and fitness.
