Halloween Games

The whole Halloween celebration started with every single homeroom presenting their Halloween theme. The homerooms were to be graded on the following three criteria: Creativity, Cooperation and Enthusiasm. After the presentation of the theme and moto, every single homeroom was to participate against their rival homeroom in races, or games. Below are some snippets of the different homerooms participating in the overall ceremony and in the games. Not all of the homerooms are present here, though. But special thanks to Mr. Brad Evans anyway for taking these photos!

This is Ms. Falcinelli's homeroom performing the "Sleepover" theme or something along the lines of that. A brief summary of the presentation is that the whole homeroom is asleep, and after a while one of the girls wakes up and starts waking everyone else up. In the end, everyone screams something.......and no one knows what it is.....is it THE END?....

Here is the 8th grade homeroom, who's teacher this year is Mr. Corcoran, the soccer coatch and Intramural manager. This year, this homeroom has decided to dress up as Ken and Barbie, and here they are singing the "Barbie Girl" song. On the right is a snippet of the boys relaxing after a VERY HARD performance.....and trying to look cool......

The Races!

Here are some of the snippets from the obstacle course that the 7th graders ran. I have to tell you that this obstacle course is repeated every year, so the 8th graders can give advice to the 7th graders, that is, if they wanted to. The course was fairly simple, just some jumping, rolling, dicing and running. Well, of course there was the peer pressure from the students' classmates, which resulted in the picture on the right. Poor guy. The teachers from different grades were monitoring the performance and giving points. Unfortunately, they were also looking at which team cheated, sadly, no one did....well, maybe some team did, but no one knew about it until later.

AMBRIT Student Led Talent Show

Here are some of the pictures taken from the student's talent show. The talent show has took place on the 15th May, Friday. The students were all able to show that they all have a talent and the show was very enjoyable indeed. There were many hopefuls at the show, there ups and downs, hots and colds, yeses and nos but in the end, everyone was rewarded with a delicious pizza the following week. The show hosts were: William, Kay and Matteo.
