The Secretary

The Student Council Secretary is the person who takes the roll call and keeps the attendance of all of the present class reps at every meeting. The secretary takes minutes (notes) during the meetings and gives a copy to each of the class reps, also submiting them to the advisors (Mr. Marshall and Ms. Duranti). Any questions that are in need of being answered should be asked to the secretary, for it is his/her job to answer them. The Secretary also keeps the Student Council board up to date, neat and graphically interesting for everyone to see.
