Message in a bottle
Dear reader,
I am a child, my name is Federico. I am stranded on an island and I don' t know where it is. I can' t find my parents, someone please come and rescue me!
I found food, but I can' t survive for much longer and I would like to return home. I have a dog and it is also very hungry. I don' t know how I came to this island but I'm here and I can't stand it, I must leave it. A man gives me food and I and I don't know if this man is good or not. I can't swim in the water because this man says that it is dangerous. This man is Japanese, I know it because he speaks strangely. Once I made a fire,but this man put water on it! I think the name of this person is Yamachy; he has animal friends and he sings like a bird. Ithink he's crazy! We eat many fruits growing on big trees and we catch fresh fish every day. I don't like fish every day, and I dream about a good pizza, spaghetti and french fries.
At night I can hear many animal voices, and from insects too, which frighten me. I wish I could hear once again the comforting voices of my father and my mother! Last month there was a huge storm every day, and my refuge was completely wet. I feel very cold at night. I think I am getting sick, but I have no medicines to treat my fever.
I miss my guitar and my toys. I miss my friends, my school and my previous life. I hate this island because I can't see anything but water!
