Double space all entries
List sources in alphabetical order by author’s last name
If there is no specific author use the title for the alphabetical list

Author (last name, first name). Title. City of publication: Publisher's name, Copyright Date.
Example:

Encyclopedia (print)
"Article title". Name of encyclopedia. Copyright Date.
Example:

Internet:
Author.(if known)"Title of page." Title of site of larger work (if applicable). Date you saw it. <URL>
Example:
