Curriculum
To be able to:
- distinguish between whole, dotted half, half,
quarter notes
- echo clap simple rhythms and draw on
board
- have correct singing posture
- move appropriately to music, rhythms
Content:Orff, singing and playing in classroom,
writing and listening, use of tapes and live music, exposure to
professional performances, class performances, begin learning treble
clef, written exercises.
