It is important for families applying to Ambrit to understand that space for new students may be limited. We therefore strongly recommend that families contact the admissions office directly to better understand the current enrollment situation. Applications are accepted throughout the school year. However, an early application will increase the chances of being able to accommodate your family’s needs.

Application Procedure

1. Contact the school to enquire about space availability.
2. Consult the school fee schedule and age requirement chart.
3. Complete and fax, e-mail or send application form (1 per applicant).
4. Your child's most current school report should be faxed, e-mailed or sent to the school.
5. Applicant reference form should be faxed, e-mailed or sent to the school. This should be completed by the applicant's current teacher and is a confidential document. This applies to students from grades 1-8 only.
6. Student questionnaire form should be completed by applicants applying for grades 4-8 and should be faxed, e-mailed or sent to the school.
7. After all forms are received, you will be contacted by the school.
8. If your application is successful, you will be invited for a tour of our facilities. During this visit, you will have the opportunity to finalize the application process and visit the school bursar.
9. The medical form must be received before the applicant starts school.
