Ambrit students have been involved in various activities to raise funds for the Peter Pan Association. Last year for example, the 3rd grade students raised money by making and selling holiday cards at the Winter Bazaar. Ambrit students will continue their efforts this year.
The Peter Pan Association came into being spontaneously within the walls of the oncological ward of Bambino Gesu Chidren's Hospital in Rome by parents and relatives of its patients, who come from all over Italy for treatment. In varying ways all were sharing in the suffering of their children and themselves, fighting the same battle against this cruel illness. Today our association means also a vast network of volunteers who believe in our project and who work with our same dedication and enthusiasm.
